.flow is a Yume Nikki fangame made by a Japanese developer going under the alias "lol".
It features an exploratory-type gameplay style as a girl named Sabitsuki explores her mind. Noticeably one of the darker spin-offs, it is infamous for its eerie atmosphere and copious amounts of body horror.
Judging from the dark machine-themed environments, lol seems to be a fan of the artist asgr.
