On 13 October 2024, Game Freak suffered a leak which revealed over a terabyte of data and information about Pokemon.
The contents of the leak that are relevant to Danbooru include:

* Mythologically-themed stories which feature relations_between_humans_and_Pokémon, including Octillery, Typhlosion, and Slaking.
* Profiles for several NPCs, notably referring to Skyla (pokemon) as a "sexy pilot" and Hispanic.
