A Bangboo (zenless zone zero) owned by Belle (zenless zone zero) and Wise (zenless zone zero). Visually identical to Eous (zenless zone zero), except numbered 18 on their bandana instead of 01. Only use this tag if the "18" is clearly visible.
The default promoter of the video store, and can usually be found behind the counter.
