She has light blue hair and yellow eyes. Her default outfit consists of a skin tight black-white bodystocking, blue gloves, white thighhighs, grey rudder footwear, scuba tank, oxygen mask and mechanical rabbit ears. Her rigging consists of all five of her 152 mm triple gun mounts in a twin-hull setup with electric plugs.

Her historical counterpart is known for her part in the battle of Cape Esperance (October 1942) where along with San Francisco (Azur Lane) and Laffey (Azur Lane), they severely damaged the heavy cruiser Aoba (Azur Lane) and sank Furutaka (Azur Lane) and Fubuki (Azur Lane).
