Similarly to Orfevre (umamusume), she was originally introduced in the old project website but was later withdrawn, only to be re-introduced with a new design in 2024.
If Cesario (umamusume) copied Special Week (umamusume)'s general looks, Buena Vista is a closer match to Special Week's personality while her racing outfit also matches Special Week's but in her own style, featuring her signature checkerboard pattern. Personality-wise, Buena is notably far more friendlier to almost everyone.
