chargeman_ken!
A notoriously bad anime series created by Knack and broadcasted in 1974. It was made with such poor direction, and on such a ridiculously low budget, that they regularly tried (and failed) to squeeze 20 minutes of plot into the 4 or 5 minutes they could already barely afford to animate for each episode; there were several other obvious production problems as well, such as missing sound effects and a very limited range of background music.
The voice cast for this series is still not publicly known, as no production credits were provided in the actual show.
