Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light carrier Chiyoda. Character design by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Miyakawa Wakana.
She has short brown hair, brown eyes, and large breasts. Her default outfit is shared with her sister Chitose (Kancolle): a white blouse, red hakama short skirt, black cropped jacket with a gold phoenix pattern, black pantyhose, headband, rudder footwear, and brown loafers.
Her rigging varies across her seaplane tender and light carrier forms. As a seaplane tender, she uses two aircraft catapults and 12.7 cm twin anti-aircraft gun mounts, plus Type A Kou-hyouteki midget submarines at "A" form. As a light carrier, she goes for a flight deck theatre, with her identifier (Chito) marked on it. She controls her planes with puppet strings.
She is depicted as being a siscon towards her elder sister, Chitose (Kancolle). She's fond of roasted sweet potatoes. She seems to have a one sided friendly rivalry with the Admiral (Kancolle) for her elder sister's affections, though she secretly harbors warm feelings toward the Admiral herself.
