A school uniform in Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, first introduced in Magia Record.
It is a serafuku consisting of a white shirt with a blue sailor collar and short over long sleeves, a breast pocket and the school emblem; a short blue necktie, a pleated blue gingham miniskirt with buttons, and loafers.
