fur_hat
Thick padded hats that are made of fur or have thick fur trimmings. Commonly associated with Russia, where it is known as "shapka" or ushanka, due to its use as standard headgear for all Warsaw Pact armies.
Don't confuse beanies or Santa hats to be this.
