gakuran
The traditional, military style school uniform for male students in middle schools and high schools in Japan, usually in either black or navy.
The top has a standing collar buttoning down from top-to-bottom. Pants are straight leg and a black or dark-colored belt is worn with them.
Frequently seen in many anime male protagonists.
