One of the Augment generals serving Shocker in Shin Kamen Rider, referred to in shorthand as Hachi-Aug. With her suit removed, she's Hiromi (shin). A former friend of Midorikawa Ruriko that knew her personally, she derives her happiness from control.
In her suit, she's inspired by Hachi Onna from the original series.
