Tsubomi's grandmother who raised Tsubomi ever since the girl was young. Her husband Sora has passed away, but Coupe (heartcatch precure!) sometimes morphs into his likeness.
Kaoruko used to fight against Dune as Cure Flower, making her one of the oldest Cures in the franchise.
