A Touken Ranbu character.
A tantou, and one of the many "Toushirou" brothers. He and Maeda Toushirou are very similar in appearance, since their real-life counterparts were both owned by the Maeda clan.
His Kiwame form grants him new armor and some sort of orange sleeve.
