A direct sequel to Kirby's Dream Land 2. Dark Matter (kirby) isn't finished yet. This time, it decides to do a full-scale invasion on Planet Popstar, destroying the planet's rings and taking control of as many of its inhabitants as it can. This isn't very subtle, so it immediately catches the attention of Kirby and his friend Gooey (kirby). Together with his animal friends (with newcomers Chuchu (kirby), Nago (kirby), and Pitch (kirby)), Kirby and Gooey set out to save the day once again!
