The official romanization is "Kokkoro", but sometimes her name is spelled "Coccoro" by fans.
In the anime adaptation, she is memetically associated with the x mouth expression, which she frequently uses in the anime but not the game.
Her name in the real world before the events of Re:Dive was Natsume Kokoro.
