A whale-like creature with two large pectoral fins and a blue body with red accents and a white underside. Has sharp teeth and yellow eyes with black sclerae.
Sought after by Team Aqua due to its ability to expand the oceans. The mascot of Pokémon Sapphire and Alpha Sapphire; its counterpart is Groudon, which it often feuds with. These feuds can only be quelled by Rayquaza.
The Blue Orb (pokemon) allows it to transform into Primal Kyogre.
