There is no set transformation item: Bowser-inspired Super Crown, spiked shell, spiked collar, mushroom…
Main depictions include:
- Bowser's body, retaining Peach's pink coat (as skin and/or shell color), blonde hair, blue eyes, blue jewelry and white gloves.
- Same, but the head in Bowser's colors.
- Bishounen human with a crown, pointy ears and Bowser's red hair, spiked shell and sometimes spiked bracelets.
