A bell boy working for The Reverie in Penacony. His real name was Mikhail Char Legwork, a former mechanic of the Astral Express (honkai: star rail). Voiced by Matsui Eriko.
He is portrayed with long aqua hair and purple eyes. His outfit, fitting of his occupation, consists of a black pillbox hat, long-sleeved white shirt, white ascot, black jacket, and black shorts, plus an optional pocket watch.

He wishes to become an intergalactic adventurer like his grandfather. He is extremely hardworking and is skilled at fixing a variety of machines. He also had a fondness for sharing interstellar rumors with guests.
He hopes he can grow up faster and looks forward to embarking on his own star-treading journey.
