Biometal Model Z is the Mega Man transformation for Girouette (mega man) from Mega Man ZX. It's design takes inspiration from Zero from the Mega Man Zero series.
Vent (mega man) or Aile (mega man zx) combine this form with Model X (mega man) to form Model ZX (mega man).
