The 6th costume of hololive's Ookami Mio.
It's a Queen of Hearts-inspired costume consisting of black lace choker with a wolf-shaped necklace, an underbust cross-laced black dress worn over a white romper with center frills and a popped collar, a red fur-trimmed cape and an underbust corset juliet gloved sleeves or puffy short sleeves with black elbow gloves depending on the artist interpretation a black overskirt, a black pantyhose under shorts black thigh black boots and a golden tail ring.
She has two different official hairstyles in this outfit, with swept parted bangs that feature ear covers that are red hair bows:
- Very long wavy hair tied into twintails with asymmetrical bangs over he right eye decorated with a red rose hair flower
- Short hair cut in a bob cut
