A spinoff game of the Kunio-kun Series developed by WayForward and Arc System Works. Focuses on Kyoko (kunio-kun) and Misako (kunio-kun) as they search for their captured boyfriends Kunio-kun and Riki (kunio-kun).
A sequel entitled River City Girls 2 was released in 2022.
