It's a Halloween costume, in cat theme, consisting of an orange-and-black layered off-shoulder dress with a detached collar, a snap-fit thigh strap, a singular orange thighhigh, and black boots. She has a set of fake cat ears, jack-o'-lantern earrings, under-rim eyewear, multiple cat tails and cat paw gloves.
