The summer-themed official alternate costume of Yukikaze (kancolle) from Kantai Collection.
It consists of a brown straw hat decorated with a yellow flower, white short dress and a blue bow with anchor print. In her base form, the dress goes to mid thigh; Kai Ni has her in a dress shorter enough to expose her panties.
