It consists of a light blue jacket with pockets and a white overskirt, and a dark blue shrug (clothing) worn over a pleated collared white short dress with short sleeves and blue_highlights. She also wears a segmented red necktie, white elbow gloves and black thigh boots that end just_below_her_dress.
