A social intrigue party game developed and published in 2018 by InnerSloth, in which players are randomly divided into ]]s and s._The_Crewmates_must_attempt_to_complete_all_required_tasks_and/or_expose_the_Impostors,_while_the_secret_Impostors_must_murder_or_frame_the_Crewmates_or_sabotage_the_Crewmates'_efforts.

Although_released_in_2018_as_a_relatively_little-known_game,_it_had_a_sudden_boom_in_popularity_in_September_2020,_with_regular_concurrent_numbers_of_well_over_250,000,_reaching_widespread_memetic_fame._The_game_would_later_spawn_a_wide_variety_of_post-ironic_memes_a_year_later,_usually_revolving_around_a_parody_of_ comics, a photoshopped image of Jerma985, anything that looks like the in-game characters and/or having the name sounded like "Among Us/Amogus" or "Sus", or simply using the in-game character itself as a "punchline".
