She originates from user notsleepypilled's attempt to repurpose ">nuelogical's design of Child GF (post #7496962) into a character that made fun of Lolicon types, which instead had the opposite effect with adopting a mesugaki personality and becoming a mockery of those who are critical of Lolicon instead.
