The ArmaLite AR-7 is an American .22 LR semi-automatic rifle designed by Eugene Stoner in 1958. It was originally intended to be an aircrew survival weapon. Being a takedown utility rifle, the gun can be quickly disassembled into three major parts: the buttstock, receiver, and barrel.
