Ayra is a black-haired swordswoman from the first generation of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of The Holy War. Ayra holds the honor of being the first Swordmaster in the series, as well as being the first 'true' member of the ]] archetype. She is vehemently protective of her half-nephew ,_the_only_child_of_her_brother_Mariccle,_the_Isaachian_crown_prince.

Together_with_one_of_several_first-generation_men,_she_can_have_two_children:_, her daughter, who can be told apart from her mother by her shorter hair and dress, as well as her armor having a gold trim; and [[Scathach (fire emblem)|, her son. Her children are twins.
