ballistic_shield
A ballistic shield (also called a tactical shield) is a modern heavy duty shield used by police and military to block bullets and other projectiles. It is made of metal or other solid material, giving an opaque appearance. A viewing slot is often present.
Not to be confused with riot shield, which is generally made of (weaker) transparent polymer.
