Umamusume character. Public Morals Committee Chairwoman (AKA Head Prefect, AKA Fuuki Iinchou) of Tracen Academy.
Bamboo Memory is often depicted carrying around her 'namesake' bamboo_blade (i.e. shinai). This shinai is effectively her badge of office, lending her a certain air of authority.
Ironically, despite being the head of the student disciplinary committee, Bamboo speaks in a rough 'accent' very reminiscent of Japanese (male) delinquents.
