bare_hips
Clothes that leaves the hips bare. Whether it be a leotard, a swimsuit, a garment that has a side slit like post #1284252 or a hakama or any garment that exposes the hips.
An example of this is Ibuki of Street Fighter III (ex: post #1282595).
