Hayami Rasenjin's short military comic stories in his illustration book, 速水螺旋人の馬車馬大作戦 (Hayami Rasenjin no Bashauma Daisakusen).
One of the manga, "Pulse-Jet Flamingo", has a sequel novel, 小説 馬車馬戦記 ディエンビエンフー大作戦 (Shousetsu Bashauma Senki: Dien Bien Phu Daisakusen).
