blunt_tresses
Hair that has been separated from the rest into sidelocks, ringlets, etc., and then been freshly cut flat. Typically tied with a tress ribbon or bunched together to create a tassel-like appearance. Akashi from Kancolle is a prominent example of someone with these.
Not to be confused with blunt ends, which refers to straight-cut hair in the back.
