The Brand of Sacrifice is the symbol of the Godhand in Berserk, and marks those chosen to be sacrificed. The Brand acts as a beacon for ravenous demons who want to eat the bearer alive, and it bleeds and causes pain whenever they draw near. ]] has his Brand on the back of his neck, while [[Casca (berserk)| has hers on her left breast. The two are the only known characters of the series to have survived being branded.
