Her name (肇和, Zhaohe if Hanyu Pinyin) means "harmonious beginnings".
In the game, she and her sister Ying Swei (Azur Lane) are reclassed as light cruisers to conform to existing ship types.

She is portrayed with long two-tone hair (red and white) tied into two cone hair buns, purple eyes, and modestly-sized_chest. Her default outfit is an unorthodox Cheongsam with a white inner dress and detached sleeves, single white_thighhigh, and red high heels.
