The balloon animal present in Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuuutsu. A completely separate character from Kimidori Emiri from the main series.
In the Youtube series, he is voiced by Shiraishi Minoru who also does Taniguchi (suzumiya haruhi) in the series.
