When a creeper roams the Minecraft world and gets struck by lightning, it becomes a charged creeper, which has electric blue aura surrounding it. Its explosive damage and radius will be much greater.
If certain mobs like a zombie (minecraft) or piglin were killed by its explosion, their heads will drop as collectible items.
