Hinase (cookie)'s mother, usually depicted as Shinki (touhou) from the PC-98 games as Hinase played Alice. Unlike other Cookie (touhou) characters, she never appeared in a voice drama. Her Twitter profile picture was a chick, where she made tweets criticizing Prime Minister Abe Shinzou and supporting left-wing policies. She would later delete her account when the unwanted attention became too much.

Received a minor boost in popularity in 2022 following the assassination of Shinzo Abe and a coincendental boost in Creaf (cookie)'s popularity, who was known for making right-wing statements.
