Azur Lane's depiction of last ship of the Sakura Empire Takao-class heavy cruisers, IJN Choukai (鳥海).
In her base appearance, she has long black hair with swept bangs, floppy dog ears similar to Takao, and brown eyes. She wears a double-breasted military uniform similar to Takao and Atago, except with some blue accents, a white, pleated miniskirt, black thighhighs, and black loafers. Her rigging is composed of 5 twin-turrets, 2 quad torpedo tubes, 2 smokestacks, and one plate bearing the sakura empire emblem.
Her default appearance is strikingly similar to ]] from Girls' Frontline (to the point that her introduction line obliquely touches on it). Considering her artist, [[kishiyo, originally drew both characters, this may not be a coincidence.
