The unnamed class president of Fourth East High School was the student council president who made a deal with the Justice Devil. She is a minor yet influential antagonist in the War Devil arc.
Originally, she appeared to be mild-mannered and supportive, such as when she sought out and consoled ]] after their class was given . In reality, she was presumptous and narcissistic, delusionally believing Asa was having a romantic relationship with their teacher, [[Tanaka_(Chainsaw_Man)|, whom she herself had been having relations with.
The class president had a contract with the Justice Devil (Chainsaw Man) for an unknown price. This contract granted her super strength and super speed in combination with a transformed form with claws and tentacles.
