When tagging, it should be obvious that the message isn't written in whipped cream or white ink. If the writing_utensil is visibly being used to write the message, that's a good indicator.
Not exclusively just for text, as this tag is also applicable for symbols (such as hearts, stars, or etc.) drawn with the substance as well.
