Historically,_she_was_the_submarine_who_sank_ in the battle of Leyte Gulf and scuttled her sister Darter when she ran aground as they both pursued [[Takao (Azur Lane)|. Post-war, she was transferred to Italy as Leonardo da Vinci (not to be confused with the previous namesake submarine of the war).
