An internet meme from about 2006 demonstrating an energetic geyser-like reaction between cola (usually Diet Coca-Cola) and Mentos breath mints.
Sometimes these would be scientific demonstrations, sometimes elaborate choreographed performances (as was the original viral internet video), sometimes pranks.
