A Chinese warlord who lived in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. He was depicted as a selfish tyrant in Luo Guanzhong's Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
He appeared in almost all of the Three Kingdoms-themed games as an antagonist in the early part. On danbooru, the Japanese reading of his name, Toutaku (koihime musou), is currently used for a character in Koihime Musou.
