The 4th costume of Nijisanji EN's Elira Pendora.
Dressing up for her birthday, she now has a very long straight blue hair with white inner hair colored, a black headband that created hair intakes, four hairpins with two of them in the shape of a cloud and ]], and a white_ribbon_that_tied_to_the_back_of_her_blue_head_wings._She_also_goes_back_to_covering_her_left_eye_with_her_long_bang._She_can_also_alternatively_have_medium-length_hair.
It_consists_of_a_black_choker,_a_long_sleeves,_open-collared_white_shirt_with_buttoned_cuffs,_and_a_cutout_in_the_middle_of_the_shirt,_revealing_her_breasts_with_a_cleavage_cutout_and_framed_breasts_that_have_a_green_tag_attached_to_the_left_side_with_"xxx"_written_on_it._A_string_is_also_tied_around_the_shirt_collar_with_a_padlock_locked_onto_the_string_that_also_has_"xxx"_written_on_it._On_her_shoulder,_she_wore_a_grey_jacket_with_notched_lapels_and_a_lapel_pin_that_shaped_like_a_cat_(or_). On the left arm sleeves of the grey jacket, she wore a grey armband that had "3W1W4" written on it (similar to her sub-Twitter account username). On top of her shirt, she wore a body harness that looked like a chest harness (worn underneath her breasts) with suspenders. She also wore black and white gloves with a heart cutout on the back of the gloves and a wristwatch on her left wrist.
For her lower body, she wore grey pants with a belt that has a belt buckle. On her right leg, she wore a thigh strap with thigh pouch used for storing her "DBJ" (Dumb Bitch Juice) juice box, while on her left leg, she had a of weewa_with_a_purple_ribbon_that_had_"weewa"_written_on_it_attached_to_the_belt_with_an_o-ring._For_her_footwear,_she_wore_a_grey_heels_with_a_white_socks._Her_wings_are_also_white_now_to_match_the_theme.
also got a new costume,_wearing_a_long-sleeved_collared_white_shirt_(also_has_buttoned_cuffs)_with_a_traditional_purple_bowtie_and_a_white_vest_on_top_of_the_shirt._For_its_eyewear,_ wore [[white-framed eyewear|white, rectangular glasses.
