The Festival Jinbei is a jinbei (clothes) worn at Kitakami's Festival of Masks. It has prints representing the faces of Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti. The default color is green, but blue, white, and "flashy" variants can be unlocked, and other colors are also worn by NPCs.
