Using the index fingers and thumbs to make a rectangle and look through it. Normally used to frame a camera shot, as if one were going to take_a_picture. A stereotypical gesture of photographers, illustrators, and painters (e.g., Kitagawa Yuusuke of Persona 5 does this constantly).
