Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Fumizuki. Character design by Kusada Souta, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She is portrayed with long brown hair in a ponytail, and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: a serafuku consisting of a black shirt with black sailor collar, crescent pin on the sailor collar, white necktie, black skirt, plain black kneehighs, and grey_shoes.
Her rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her funnel and foremast to her back, canisters/depth charges strapped to her brown belt, a 12 cm handgun mount, and two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on her ankles.
