The Georgian (country) national flag is a white field, with a large red cross in its central portion touching all four sides of the flag, and there are crosses_pattée on each quadrant.
The former flag which was adopted from 1918 to 1921 (and from 1991 to 2004) consists of a dark red field with black and white bands in the canton.
