ginga_eiyuu_densetsu
Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu (銀河英雄伝説, lit. "Legend of the Galactic Heroes", also known as Gin'ei den or LOTGH) is a series of science fiction novels written by Tanaka Yoshiki, detailing the conflict between the Galactic_Empire and the Free Planets Alliance.
The series has received multiple adaptations, including an anime that aired from 1988 to 1997, two mangas, and several video games. A new anime adaptation aired in 2018, and a series of films is set to premiere in 2019.
